How to realize your thoughts into reality?

It is said that around 60,000 thoughts are going through the human mind a day. The ideas and thoughts which are aligned with your goals can be realized in a certain way. As our mind has a lot of things, we should be careful enough to find the qualified ones and make an action plan to implement those in our life to achieve greatness.

Writing Plan

You have to filter your thoughts and find out the relevant ones which will be useful for your greatness. These ideas should be recorded in a book which can be called as “Flash Ideas”. It may be new business ideas or the methods to make your job easier what ever it is, if it is relevant, write it down. But how will you recognize the qualified thoughts or the relevant ones? For E.g. You watched a movie and thought the movie would be great if it had ended in some other ways or the climax could be done better than this. This is not a relevant thought for the one who is not in film Industry but to the one working in film industry, it is. Like this, make sure to find out the qualified ones.

Acquisition plan

Make sure to review your ideas once in a week. From those, prioritize the ones which should be done immediately. Record the time needed, resources which should be acquired and challenges you will be faced. A clear-cut picture of all these things will help you to take action in a sophisticated way.

For E.g. You are planning to practice yoga with your family to improve physical and mental health. You need to record the following things.

  • How much time it will take to study yoga?
  • When are you planning to start?
  • Time availability of each family member.
  • How much time should we practice it a day?
  • Finding out the yoga teacher/ books/online course.
  • Buying the thing needed (Yoga mat if needed).

Writing these answers will help you to implement your action plan.

Action Plan

Implementation of ideas will be done in this step. For E.g. you have decided to read 96 books in six months. Write a plan how are you going to read 96 books in six months. Splitting and setting different milestones can help you to review correctly.

Each week: at least 3 books

Each day: half of a book

First month: complete 16 books

Make a plan as mentioned above, implement those and review accordingly.

These three steps will help you realize your qualified thoughts.
